Three industries — one platform
Packaging and palletizing, metalworking, welding: equipment from different manufacturers on one screen.
Packaging and palletizing
The output of a packaging line: pallet, layers, wrapping, exit.
- The line on screen and the calculated pace in pallets per hour — before equipment is bought.
- Units from different manufacturers in one window: the state of each and of the line as a whole.
- Unit logic is checked before start-up — virtual commissioning.
Metalworking
Milling, 5-axis and turning; machine tending by a robot.
- The program describes the part, not the machine: the same program runs on 3- and 5-axis machines.
- A run on the model of your machine: line, toolpath, axis motion.
- Machine and robot in one scene: the “load → machine → unload” cycle on screen.
Welding production
Robotic welding with a positioner.
- The seam path and torch orientation come from the part, not from the coordinates of a specific robot.
- Reach, poses and collisions are visible before the first seam.
- The positioner is just another axis: one motion program for the whole cell.
Industry → scenario → modules
| Industry | Scenarios | Modules |
|---|---|---|
| Packaging and FMCG | Palletizing, layout and cycle time, commissioning, line shadow | Line automation, PLC programs, process physics |
| Metalworking | Machining, machine tending, control on your machine | CNC machines, robots and tooling, drives |
| Welding production | Robotic welding, offline programming | Robots and tooling, drives, automation |
What is the same in any industry
Units of different manufacturers
Each unit joins the line through a PackML interface; links are tags on one graph. A new unit is added without reworking the others.
Checks before start-up
The IEC 61131-3 unit program passes the compiler, the lab and a run before the equipment arrives; on site only binding sensors and axes remains.
Data stays with you
The platform is installed inside the enterprise perimeter; the panel at the equipment works without the cloud. You decide what goes to the cloud.
Work runs under an R&D contract with target figures in the specification. How a case study works →
If your industry is not on the list
The platform works at the equipment level: machine, robot, line unit, drive. If the task is to make such equipment work together, check its program before start-up or see the line by the facts, the industry is secondary.
Do you work with small workshops?
The platform is designed for enterprises and integrators: lines and areas where equipment from different manufacturers works together.
Do we need to change the WMS or MES?
It works alongside your WMS/MES and warehouse platforms — we are responsible for the equipment level.
